Four years later after the success of our first book, “The Magic of Botswana”, Matthew Copham, Pia Dierickx and Karin Van Couwenberg realised a second book, “The Magic of Hope”. Jan Roofthooft provides us the necessary technical support.
We are honored that the foreword is written by Dr. Jane Goodall and thank her for all her support and wisdom that we will never forget, always reminding us that every little bit counts.
Our decision to self-publish the book, in finest printing quality, allows us to handover the proceeds to the “Jane Goodall Roots and Shoots Foundation” as well as “Save the Elephants Foundation”. We wanted to reduce the costs as much as possible and this is also the reason why the book will only be available from our websites and via private distribution.
Our project begins from children's drawings in Africa and Europe depicting their view of wildlife, to messages of hope from conservationists and iconic individuals throughout the world together with our photographs. Follow us as we expose some of the messages of hope included in our book from politicians, writers, royalty and conservationists. Through “The Magic of Hope” we connect the purity and innocence of the next generations to the confidence and wisdom of generations present and past. There will be a day when all will admire the rhino, practice conservation and inhale the wilderness.
The book consists of 200 pages, full color and printed on premium paper, measurements 24 cm x 30 cm and with a hardcover and image wrap. We hereby show you already the front cover of the book starring “Elephants” and you can also see some other pages as an example.
